How can you do it all - Look and feel at your best when you're so busy?

If you are skeptical about this headline, rest assured we understand: trying to keep up with it all - work, kids, chores, and still look and feel at your best, sounds to most of us as a mission impossible. But we're here to show you that it is possible!  With these following 10 tips you'll see that you can do it all.

All you need is some preparation and order in your daily routine. Let's begin:

1. Organize your makeup bag

You don’t really need much more than 5 “must have” products in your makeup bag: small moisturizing cream, wet wipes, hand cream, anti-dry lipstick and blush.


These are the 5 products that you should carry with you to work as they are very handy to use at your lunch breaks or any other breaks.

 2. Renew your moisturizing cream during the day

Even if your wear makeup. Put some face cream on your face’s T zone. Then, renew your blush and you are good to go.  You can do that after your lunch break and immediately restore that shiny morning look you had several hours ago.

3. Forgot to wash your hair?

Pour 2-3 drops of Hair Serum on to your hand, rub both hands together and then apply on dry hair and you're good to go. Besides that great smell, you’ll also have shiny and healthy looking hair.

4. Choose one day a week to wear closed shoos

In winter time - that's not even an issue. Rub your feet with nourishing body cream and wear socks and shoes immediately. Your feet will absorb all the nourishing ingredients and closed shoes will keep the moisture in. You'll see that the skin on your feet will become much softer.

5. Homemade pealing

Even if you don’t find the time to schedule a meeting with your cosmetician, you can instantly renew your skin with this homemade peeling mask. Place the following in a bowl:


1 tablespoon of Quaker oats


1 tablespoon of honey


Add water to blend together. Apply this on your face for 10 minutes and rinse.

6. You have an event in the evening and you feel exhausted?  Is your skin tired and are your eyes puffy?

Don’t worry. This next tip will create wonders - take a cotton ball and pour some clarifying cream on it and place it in the freezer.


Before you leave for the event, apply this frozen cotton ball on your face. Your pores will close and any puffiness will diminish. Even the feeling of exhaustion you had will soon disappear.

7. Its Lunch break - Warm meal or salad?

Our recommendation: eat well! Don’t forget to consume all the basic vitamins you need. You cannot live on salads alone and eating a good healthy meal will eventually encourage you to eat less. You'll see you won't feel tired and the cravings for something sweet in the afternoon will slowly fade.  And remember - start every meal with 3 glasses of water.

8. Your water bottle is your best friend!

Don’t forget to fill it during the day. Water will do wonders to your skin and health.

9. At the end of a long day you get home and you don’t know where to start?

The house is a mess, you have all these chores to do and what you really want to do is just sleep. Sounds familiar?


Stress and exhaustion are two sides of the same coin: they are your body's alarm system telling you that you have taken too much upon yourself.


Our recommendation - Manage! Manage the house, the chores, the "to do" list by prioritizing and forget trying to do it all right now.


Give yourself some slack and manage your life like you manage at work. You'll be amazed to see that once you're relaxed, you will look and feel even better.

10. Walk!

Forget about the elevator and start walking. Park your car and get to it. Research has shown that we need to walk 10,000 steps a day, in order to maintain good health and even avoid illnesses. Start accumulating your steps and you'll see that your energy levels will rock.
