"Dead Sea Natural Mud" helps to improve the health of the skin by nourishing it naturally. It is recommended to warm the mud before application. Spread a generous quantity over the whole body (with the exception of the face). Leave on for 15-20 minutes and then rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water. (People suffering from hypertension – high blood pressure – should consult a doctor before use). To heat in the microwave: open the bag at the marked line before heating. To heat in water: Insert the whole bag into a pot and remove when the water boils.
