Shipping and Returns

Alona Shechter Company will do its utmost to ship the products quickly while maintaining product quality and packaging until the arrival at the customer.

In addition, each order will be sent via EMS PLATINUM service, or by EMS standard, depending on the location of the recipient. The service is door to door. Although the service is door to door, there may be instances where this is not possible. In such circumstances, delivery will be made to the recipient’s mailbox. Please note that a signature may be required on receipt of the shipment.

Orders will be dispatched 2 working days after receipt of payment. The Company will make every effort to process and deliver all orders in the shortest possible time.

In most cases, customers can expect to receive their goods within 3 – 7 working days after receipt of payment. However, the company cannot be held responsible for deliveries up to 21 days whereby no claim for a refund will be entertained.

The Company takes no responsibility for delays caused by courier services including strikes, holidays etc.

We will do everything in our power to enable our customer’s peace of mind and will endeavor to send information regarding tracking numbers in order for you, our customer, to track your order online.

Unfortunately, the company is unable to send packages to countries that do not have a trade agreement with Israel.

The company cannot be held responsible for any defect or damage which may occur during shipping. Should the customer notice that goods are damaged, incomplete, wet or in any other way unacceptable, we recommend that you refuse to accept it. Packages damaged or lost by the shipping company remains the responsibility of that company.

The company has insurance cover on all consignments. In the case of non-receipt of the package, the company will do its utmost to ensure that the customer receives the products ordered quickly and without loss.

After receiving the returned products, the company will refund the customer in the form of points according to our points system. Points will be updated one week after receiving the returned goods.

Please note that cash refunds will only be allowed in cases of products being defective, broken, incomplete or damaged before delivery.

Should customers wish to return a product for any other reason, it must be done within 30 days from the date of leaving the warehouse.

Items purchased on sale or promotion including gifts received on these sales will only be refunded on return of the complete order (including free gifts). Should the free gifts not be returned, a refund minus the value of the free gifts will be given.

In cases of using points and cash to buy products, refunds will be in proportion to the value of the order relative to the points or cash used.
